The Narmada College of Management (NCM) celebrated Management Day on 21st February, 2026 with great enthusiasm and active participation from students and faculty. The event was organized to highlight the importance of managerial skills, teamwork, and knowledge-sharing among budding professionals.
Quiz Contest
A major highlight of the celebration was the Quiz Contest, designed to test the analytical thinking, business acumen, and general awareness of the participants. The contest was conducted in a lively and competitive atmosphere, encouraging students to showcase their intellectual abilities by student team from MBA 2 & MBA 1.
- Participants: 16 teams in total.
- Representation: Teams were formed from MBA I and MBA II programs
- Format: Multiple rounds including preliminary screening & Written exam, multiple rounds like Buzzer round, fun round, Rapid fire round etc, in grand finale
- Topics Covered: General awareness, Geo political, sports, international plays, Management principles, current business affairs, corporate strategies, and general knowledge etc
The contest witnessed enthusiastic participation, with students demonstrating not only their knowledge but also their ability to work collaboratively under pressure. The audience also engaged actively, cheering for their peers and learning through observation.
The event concluded with the announcement of winner teams. The winning teams were appreciated for their preparation, quick thinking, and teamwork. Faculty members congratulated all participants for their spirited involvement.
The Management Day celebration at NCM was a resounding success. The quiz contest served as a platform for MBA students to apply their classroom learning in a competitive environment. It fostered a spirit of healthy competition, collaboration, and intellectual growth. The event reinforced NCM’s commitment to nurturing future leaders in management.
The Narmada College of Management (NCM) celebrated Management Day 2026 on 21st February 2026 with the theme “Rise of a Tycoon” for the Canvas presentation. The event was organized under the guidance of In charge Director Dr. Chetna Makwana and aimed to inspire students by highlighting the values of leadership, innovation, and strategic excellence in management.
The canvases symbolized the spirit of leadership and innovation. It paid tribute to visionary business leaders such as Ratan Tata, Mukesh Ambani, Azim Premji, Narayana Murthy, Anand Mahindra, and others, whose contributions have shaped India’s corporate landscape. The display served as a source of inspiration for aspiring managers.
The Management Day Celebration at NCM was a resounding success. The quiz contest fostered intellectual growth and teamwork, and the Rise of a Tycoon canvas highlighted the importance of visionary leadership. Together, these activities reinforced NCM’s commitment to nurturing future leaders in management and instilling in them the values of innovation, strategy, and excellence.
