NCM HR Faculties Dr. Rashmi Ghamawala and Ms. Rakhi Thakkar, from Narmada College of Management, participated as Learners in Executive Round Table 2.0 on topic “HR from the CEO’s Perspective” by Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRP), Vadodara held on 12th September 2025 (Friday), where faculties received invaluable exposure to industry insights, enabling meaningful engagement with visionary CEOs. This experience has enriched level of understanding, bridged theoretical knowledge with practical insights, and boosted confidence to step confidently into the professional realm.
About SHRP
The SHRP, Vadodara is dedicated to nurturing the HR community by providing platforms for free learning, sharing, and collective growth. The Executive Round Table 2.0 on topic “HR from the CEO’s Perspective” was organized to facilitate a dialogue between leading CEOs and HR professionals, emphasizing HR’s strategic role in organizational success. This event aimed to foster knowledge exchange, inspire innovation, and strengthen the professional network within the HR fraternity. The event was powered by Crowd HR Services and co-sponsored by Powertech Energy Solutions, Tempoest Central, and I Am Possible Training Service.
Event started with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony and a prayer set an auspicious tone, symbolizing knowledge and enlightenment. An introductory SHRP video encapsulated SHRP’s mission and milestones was shown to the audience.
Dignitary Remarks was given by Mr. Ajay Bhat, former Global President of HR at the Piramal Group, congratulated SHRP’s growth and acknowledged the volunteer spirit behind its success. Drawing from his 35-year career, he emphasized HR’s evolution from a support function to a strategic partner vital for culture-building, leadership development, and maximizing ROI on human capital.
