Narmada College of Management organized a Mock Interview Session for 3rd Semester students (Batch 2024 – 2026) on 22nd November for MBA students with the objective of enhancing their employability skills and preparing them for upcoming campus placements. The session was conducted with the support of industry experts and alumni representing various sectors such as HR, Marketing, and Finance. Students attended the interviews specialization-wise, ensuring relevant and focused interaction.

Key Suggestions from the Interview Panel

The alumni and industry experts appreciated the efforts of the students and suggested the following areas for improvement:

  1. Enhancement of Soft Skills Students should work on communication, articulation, and interpersonal skills to perform better in corporate interviews.
  2. Building Confidence Panelists emphasized that students need to exhibit higher self-confidence during interactions.
  3. Career Clarity Students were advised to develop a clearer understanding of their career interests, specialization fit, and long-term goals.

These suggestions will help students refine their profile and prepare more effectively for placement opportunities.

The event concluded with a group photograph of all the industry alumni, panelists, and faculty members. As a token of gratitude, the college presented each alumni member with a Letter of Appreciation and a memento for their valuable contribution.

The Mock Interview Session proved highly beneficial in boosting students’ readiness for campus placements and strengthening alumni engagement with the institute.
