NCM PARTICIPATION IN FULL DAY NHRDN CONVENTION

NCM HR faculty Dr. Rashmi Ghamawala and Prof. Rakhi Thakkar, along with 17 HR students (as volunteers), participated in the Full Day Convention organized by National HRD Network (NHRDN), South Gujarat, celebrating its 168th uninterrupted monthly meet and completion of 14 successful years.
The convention was organized on the theme “Chaos May Be All Around and Still We Will Thrive – Ideas, Best Practices, Way Forward.” The event aimed to inspire hope for the future, share transformation initiatives, highlight innovation in leadership, and emphasize the role of HR professionals as Employee Champions.
Dr. Rashmi Ghamawala was part of the organizing committee and also served as the Master of Ceremony (MOC) for the event.
The convention featured insightful sessions by distinguished speakers including Ms. Sujata Deshmukh, Ms. Poonam Chandok, Padma Shri Prof. Anil Gupta, Shri Vivek Patwardhan, Shri Harendra Singh Dagur, and Shri J. N. Sukanandan.
The sessions focused on organizational transformation, innovation, leadership responsibility, socio-economic development, and effective employee advocacy.
The convention provided valuable exposure to HR students and professionals, offering practical insights on leadership, innovation, ethical practices, and people management in dynamic environments.
