An inter-collegiate management fest organized by S. R. Luthra Institute of Management, Sarvajanik University, Surat


Exposure to competitive environments is crucial for budding managers. With the aim of enhancing practical knowledge and networking skills, the first-year MBA students of Narmada College of Management participated in the inter-collegiate management fest organized by S. R. Luthra Institute of Management. The students represented the college in three distinct categories: Brandzilla, Quiz, and Master Chef.
The events were designed to test different facets of management, including marketing acumen, general awareness, and teamwork.
- Brandzilla: A marketing-centric competition focusing on brand recognition, strategy, and creative advertising.
- Management Quiz: A test of business current affairs, economic trends, and foundational management concepts.
- Master Chef: A team-based event emphasizing resource management, time coordination, and creativity under pressure.
A total of 13 students participated from NCM.

The event provided a platform for the students to apply classroom theories to real time scenarios. Additionally, the students were able to interact with peers from various management institutes across the region. It also helped the students build their confidence, improve public speaking, and enhance their time-management skills.
The participation of first-year MBA students in Horizon 2025 was a successful endeavour. It served as a vital learning curve for the students, preparing them for future corporate challenges. The institute commends the enthusiasm and discipline shown by the participants.
