Narmada College of Management organized an insightful guest session for MBA 3rd Semester students on the topic “Career Opportunity in Marketing.” The objective of the session was to provide students with practical exposure to various career opportunities in the field of marketing and to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.

The session featured two distinguished industry experts:
- Ms. Piyush Upadiya, Marketing Manager at Sukha Chemicals, Ankleshwar
- Mr. Tejas Jagdishwala, Branch Manager at HDFC Bank
Ms. Piyush Upadiya shared her valuable experiences from the chemical industry and explained the diverse career opportunities available in marketing. She highlighted the importance of communication skills, customer relationship management, market research, digital marketing, and continuous learning for building a successful career. She also emphasized how students can prepare themselves to meet changing industry requirements and create long-term career growth in the marketing domain.

Mr. Tejas Jagdishwala provided insights into the banking sector and discussed how marketing plays a crucial role in financial services. He explained various aspects of customer acquisition, relationship management, sales strategies, and leadership development. He encouraged students to focus on professional skills, networking, adaptability, and goal-oriented work ethics to achieve career success.

The session was highly interactive, and students actively participated by asking questions related to career opportunities, required competencies, industry expectations, and future trends in marketing. The practical examples and real-life experiences shared by the speakers helped students gain a better understanding of the corporate world.
